The night read, the day ahead
Djok breaks the night down, sleep stages included, and places heart rate variability within the athlete's usual range to flag a drop. For the chosen town, it then shows rain, wind and air quality, hour by hour.

Djok is an artificial intelligence coach. It reads every second recorded during a ride, namely power, heart rate and cadence, along with sleep and heart rate variability. From that it derives the day's nutrition and training, for cycling as well as running.

Djok breaks the night down, sleep stages included, and places heart rate variability within the athlete's usual range to flag a drop. For the chosen town, it then shows rain, wind and air quality, hour by hour.
Carbohydrate, protein and water targets follow body weight, the planned workout and the heat. A barcode, a photo or a few words are enough to log what was eaten, and nothing is counted without confirmation. A second tab tracks micronutrients.
Djok builds each workout from measured weaknesses and the day's form, within a plan that leads up to the event and eases off when heart rate variability drops. On the indoor trainer, the app runs the workout and sets the power of every block.
The athlete states what the ride was meant to be (endurance, specific work, performance, recovery), and the analysis judges it on that basis. Records, compared with the previous best effort, are computed rather than commented on, as are the second-by-second curves and the gears used.
Djok splits the load by type of effort from second-by-second power: an effort can account for eight percent of the time and a third of the load. From it, Djok also derives the day's form and an estimated threshold power.
Repeated climbs, descents and sprints become personal segments, detected without any input and timed on every pass. A route can be saved from a ride, or generated from a starting point to the requested distance and elevation gain.
The coach answers with the athlete's measurements at hand and a base of referenced scientific articles. Faced with a question that is too vague, it offers two or three options to choose from, instead of guessing what was meant.
During a ride, up to three contacts receive a text message with a link showing the live position, erased when tracking ends. A finished ride can be shared through a link that expires after 24 hours, without the first and last 200 metres.
The artificial intelligence writes the guidance and explains the reasoning. The numbers themselves do not come from it: records, training load and the day's requirements are computed by the software from the recorded measurements, and give the same result every time. When a measurement is missing, Djok says so rather than estimating it.
